Join us as a Pricing Analyst - Taiwan at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in vibrant Taipei City! This is an outstanding opportunity to become an integral part of our Life Sciences Segment, contributing to world-class pricing functions. Collaborate closely with our commercial, marketing, and finance teams to review deals, secure approvals, and evaluate sales and margin performance on strategic transactions. Your role will be pivotal in crafting effective DAM strategies and optimizing deal structures through flawless teamwork.

General Summary of Job Responsibilities

Work with commercial, marketing and finance team on reviewing deal and getting deal approval, review sales and margin performance on strategic deals.Identify and drive operational improvements to improve team efficiency and quick TATAddress pricing-related inquiries from direct sales and channel partners.Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for managementSupport on pricing projects, example: Improve pricing process, NPI and EOL product pricing, price & profit optimization projects.Support annual list price exercise and annual channel price agreements with all sales teamsPerform ad-hoc analysis to optimize price performance and operational workflow

Requirement

Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing/ Commerce/Accounting> 2 - 3 years in pricing role, or in a segment finance, sales operations, deal deskAnalytical capability including strong expertise in spreadsheet, database (SQL), data management, salesforce, quotation tool, Power BI, etcGood English and Mandarin proficiencyAbility to operate effectively in a matrix organization, and maintain positive professional relationships with peers and upper management.Good communications skills and the ability to work closely with the teams from different departments.Experience in a healthcare, medical devices setting would be ideal although it is not crucialAble to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of an organization
