**Position Summary**
The Pricing Analyst is responsible for analysis, governance, reporting, and execution of various pricing and promotional activities within the Sales Operations function of the North America Regional Commercial Organization (NA RCO). This individual will serve as part of the NA RCO’s Pricing Execution Team, a center of excellence for Gross-to-Net management of pricing, promotion, and programs for DS’ full dental product/service scope within the US and Canada markets.
+ Execute customer-specific and product-specific pricing in ERPs, AX/SAP/M3 specific.
+ Perform on-going analysis, reporting, reviews & recommendations for existing pricing and promotional strategies
+ Engage with brand managers and other commercial stakeholders to enhance a culture of data-driven rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement via a commitment to a data – analysis – discussion – decision approach
+ Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Ops, and Sales teams to ensure customer-specific pricing and promotion accuracy
+ Drive governance overpricing and promotional strategies as defined by the Strategic Pricing team including running queries to validate pricing processes, loading/testing approved promotions in ERPs, engagement with audit, and issue resolution management from request/discovery to decision/solution exception
+ Provide reporting to various parties using various reporting & presentation tools.
+ Provide requirements and supporting analysis for automation and process improvement recommendations
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, IT, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related degrees preferred) from an accredited institution required.
**Years and Type of Experience:**
+ 2+ years
+ System Migration experience helpful.
+ Experience with any/all of the listed ERPs.
**Key Accountabilities:**

+ SQL, Excel & Power BI knowledge
+ Experience with ERPs, specifically SAP, Dynamics AX and/or other database systems preferred
+ Able to deftly problem solve and analyze
+ Strong process management skills with the ability to communicate issues and project manage to resolution
+ Financial aptitude preferred
