Purpose: 

  

Our platform is the heart of Infobip, processing up to 300 million transactions daily; but having a 24/7 world-wide support is what makes it so great. To ensure the continued health of our business, we must carefully manage our purchase prices received from thousands of global suppliers.  

  

We are looking for a systematic and detail-oriented Pricing Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured processes, has a strong sense of precision, and is comfortable with repetitive tasks that involve changing variables and require logical thinking. 

  

As a Pricing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and verifying pricing data across various services and tools, maintaining pricing templates, and ensuring accurate billing and network configurations. While the tasks follow a consistent structure, each case presents unique variables, requiring a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of the underlying logic. 
This is a long-term role ideal for someone seeking stability and consistency in their daily work. 

  

Responsibilities: 

  

Schedule, update, and verify purchase prices using internal tools, supporting both manual and automated pricing changes. Ensure accurate billing and validate prices set by others to prevent discrepancies. Review and apply necessary updates to our data and internal systems impacted by changes in the mobile networks configuration.  Ensure supplier coverage is accurately applied by performing the required updates within our system. 

  

Qualifications: 

  

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with structured and repetitive tasks. Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools. Good communication and collaboration skills. Written and spoken fluency in English Enthusiasm to work in global and dynamic environment!
