Preventive Maintenance Technician - Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail

What will I be doing?

\n\nDevise procedures to inspect and report quality issues for the tower / podium / meeting rooms / public areas.\nMonitor all operations that affect quality / advise on effective solution / procedures to enhance.\nSupervise and guide the team for better usage of FFE / Assets – Conduct trainings if needed.\nAssure the reliability and consistency of maintenance by checking processes and final output\nReport all malfunctions to engineering team / contractors / owners to ensure immediate action.\nFacilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data from BMS / Automation systems.\nReview current standards and policies of WAL and ensure its implemented at all aspects.\nKeep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation\nProvide method of statement for executing maintence related activities.\nEnsure all legal standards are met for new projects / modifications / Daily operations.\nCommunicate with external 3rd parties if needed to certify critical systems.\nDaily on-site inspection / reports provided to DOE\n

\n\nGood knowledge of MS Office and databases\nCommunication skills\nGreat attention to detail and a results driven approach\nExcellent organizational and leadership abilities\nBSc/BA in relevant field\nCertification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc).\n\n
