Preventive Maintenance Technical Specialist

 

Position

 

Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities for cigarette, filter, and packaging machines, including task scheduling, prioritization, and performance evaluation of mechanics Monitor machine functionality during production, conduct inspections, and ensure quick replacement of components when needed Ensure proper communication and collaboration with technicians and operators during repairs and maintenance Manage procurement of spare parts, maintain documentation, and handle work-related correspondence Conduct structured training for mechanical and electronic technicians, and ensure adherence to occupational safety standards Support IWS (Integrated Work System) implementation by applying analytical techniques and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen)

 

Requirements:

 

Completed at least a four-year technical secondary school At least 2 years of experience in the relevant technology Basic PC skills (MS Office applications) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC system Good knowledge of English language Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace Responsible, with team-oriented mindset
