What You'll Be Doing
Accurately input and code prevailing wage hours into payroll systems.Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with regulations.Collaborate with sales to anticipate prevailing wage job needs.Respond to emails regarding certified payrolls.Support payroll team operations and assist with special projects.What Are We Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and wage calculations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism across teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; Kronos experience a plus.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Adaptability and collaboration in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Work Environment
This role operates in a fast-paced office setting with cross-functional collaboration across payroll, HR, and operations teams. It requires a high level of discretion, reliability, and a proactive approach to managing prevailing wage compliance.
