Prevailing Wage & Government Incentivized Projects Compliance Manager
In this role, you will be solely responsible for leading and managing compliance efforts across a portfolio of government-incentivized capital projectsYou will ensure full adherence to prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) 45Q, Canada Investment Tax Credits, CHIPS Act Davis-Bacon, and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) funding programsYour duties will include, but will not be limited to: leading compliance efforts, supporting project operations, engaging stakeholders, documenting and reporting, and coordinating financial and legal effortsYou will ensure compliance with DOE capital project labor standards and reporting requirementsYou will also monitor certified payroll submissions and conduct job site interviewsAdditionally, you will eeview and approve/reject certified payrolls, DBRA forms, and daily reportsIn this role, you will utilize labor compliance software (e.g., LCPtracker) to manage documentation and reportingAlso, you will advise project teams, contractors, and subcontractors on compliance requirements and serve as the primary point of contact for external advisory firms and government agenciesYou also will provide training and technical assistance to internal teams and external partnersIn regard to documentation and reporting; you will submit labor classification conformance requests and wage determinationsYou will also maintain accurate and auditable records of wage rates, apprenticeship utilization, and compliance activitiesFurther, you will support audits and inquiries from federal and international regulatory bodiesIn this role, you will also collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure labor compliance aligns with contract billing structures and cost reportingAdditionally, you will assist in the development of pricing and compliance strategies for government contracts
