We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers and, together with our colleagues from the broader EDM organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with > 350 M consumers._ _The team is based in Amsterdam._ **_Key Responsibilities_** + _Reporting to the Regional Senior Training Manager_ + _Oversee the advocacy beauty advisor application, creating content, managing schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of assigned projects_ + _Be responsible for the monthly tracking of competition activities online & offline_ + _Channel communication with markets_ + _Gather best practices across the region and lead the share and reapply_ + _Supporting in design, delivery and animation of Regional training with markets_ + _Support the internal trainings and help educate the company on innovations and launches_ + _Help to plan and organize global seminars in Amsterdam or in the markets_ **_Requirements_** + _Currently studying a degree in the fields of Business/Management/Economics/Marketing._ + _Full proficiency in English._ + _Skilled on Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point._ + _Interest in the Beauty industry and eComm/Digital._ + _As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship.
