For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_Spanish\_v2\_9.5.24.pdf) (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean stadium seating, concrete walkways, walls, signage, and other surfaces. + Perform pre- and post-event cleaning to maintain a pristine environment for fans and visitors. + Safely handle and mix cleaning solutions and chemicals according to safety guidelines. + Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. + Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage to the Facilities Manager. + Assist with other general maintenance tasks as needed, including trash removal and minor repairs. + Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). + Work independently or as part of a team, often during early mornings, late nights, or weekends depending on event schedules. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous experience in pressure washing or industrial cleaning is a plus. + Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and effectively. + Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. + **Must be comfortable working at heights** , including on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. + Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. **Work Environment:** + Outdoor and indoor stadium environments. + Exposure to noise, weather elements, and cleaning chemicals. + May require working at heights or in confined spaces.
