The Boiler Certificate and Permit Management Associate is responsible for overseeing the management and tracking of pressure vessel inspection certificates and compliance documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring the pressure vessels inspected by BV I&I meet safety regulations and standards within a commercial property portfolio.

Maintain a comprehensive database of pressure vessel inspection certificates andinstallation permits, including expiration dates and inspection results.

Monitor the status of pressure vessel certificates and installation permits. 

Assist inspection staff in proactively scheduling inspections to ensure all pressurevessels are inspected and certified in a timely manner.

Review installation permits and inspection reports and work with customer teamsto address any deficiencies or safety concerns identified.

Liaise with customers to process pressure vessel installation permits to provideupdates on the status and any required actions.

Ensure all pressure vessel certificates and related documentation are properlyfiled and accessible for audits or regulatory inspections.

Stay up to date on changes in pressure vessel safety regulations and bestpractices and implement process improvements to enhance the certificatemanagement program.
