Assist in basic tasks of setups (cleaning bolster, organizing end of press) completing housekeeping within setups, assist with basic tasks as directed.Lift, move, stack, pack and visually monitor parts through an established process.Machine coverage as required.Meets or exceeds production output and quality as prescribed by established standards. Learning from operators to perform first offs and fill out necessary paperwork.Full compliance with all administrative requirements within MDV as well as compliance with current Customer standards and procedures / quality programs and Environmental Management Systems Standards.Ensures work area is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times.Performs quality documentation (S.P.C.) as prescribed.Reports all incidents or accidents that may cause damage or injury. Observes all Federal/Provincial Regulations including standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the Occupational Health & Safety Act as well as Policies and Procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.Participates in Continuous Improvement / Suggestion Programs.Perform other assignments as requested by management from time to time as well as making Supervisor/Designee aware of problems/slowdown in work area so can be assigned further duties.Other Tasks:Continuously adhere to and apply the Magna Employee’s Charter, the Magna Corporate Constitution, and the Magna Operational Principles in all aspects of position and interaction with others.Effective use of MDV’s Escalation Process.Compliance to IATF customer requirementsAttends all scheduled meetings and training.Understands and follows established rules, procedures and policies relating to position.Ensure a safe working environment by observing safe work practices and by following all safety policies and procedures.Other duties that may be assigned.

Education Qualification:
