What You'll Do as a Press Brake Team Lead:

You’ll supervise a team of fabricators and assemblers, ensuring quality production, efficient workflow, and safety standards are met.Analyze blueprints and work orders to determine specifications and operations.  Requisition materials and set up machines for test runs.  Inspect work in progress and finished products for quality.  Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.  Coordinate activities across departments and communicate personnel needs.  Enforce company policies and safety regulations.  Recommend improvements to production methods and product quality.  Analyze and resolve work problems.  Motivate workers to achieve goals and maintain records.  Perform additional activities of assigned departments.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

3–5 years of related press brake experience or equivalent leadership in manufacturingAbility to read technical documents and blueprintsBasic computer skillsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to drive a forklift and use a bar code scannerHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, or moving comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment.
