We’re now looking for a visionary and strategic President of Operations to join our executive team and help lead the next phase of our growth.
Position Overview:
The President of Operations will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for translating strategic vision into operational excellence. This individual will lead cross-functional operations, optimize systems and processes, and help build a culture of accountability, agility, and high performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven operational acumen, who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building and scaling teams.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Direct and manage all operational aspects of the company, including scheduling, logistics, quality assurance, and customer service.
+ Determine the organization’s functional capacity and create strategies that will produce sustainable growth.
+ Develop key KPI’s for the operations team to ensure company success and expansion including client retention, service quality, efficiency, and employee productivity. Recommends and implements new strategies to drive success. Hold team accountable for meeting goals on all levels.
+ Is an active member in the organization EOS Leadership program. Collaborating with the President and executive team to develop long-term strategies and operational goals aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
+ This role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all accounts.
+ Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division.
+ Monitors and controls costs. Analyze job costing to help implement strategies for improved efficiencies.
+ Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
+ Analyzes trends in commercial cleaning industry; researches and proposes competitive ideas and program programs to ensure the organization grows.
+ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies within commercial cleaning industry.
+ Provides updates to the President on the company’s operations, existing issues, and departmental initiatives that may benefit the company and advance its interests.
+ Other tasks or duties as assigned by the President.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
+ 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in janitorial, facility services, or a similar field.
+ Prior experience reporting to C-level executives.
+ Proven experience managing large/ diverse teams and multiple sites.
+ Strong financial acumen managing budgets and P&L statements with a data-driven approach to decision making.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field of study is preferred.
+ WinTeam or similar operation systems experience preferred.
+ Excellent customer service skills to work with clients and address concerns.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards.
+ Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead teams.
+ Willingness to work a variable schedule to include day, evening, and night shifts.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in an inside office environment with average office noise levels. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a sedentary role with some travel. The ability to lift files, stand, bend, stoop, and walk is required. Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, and phone. Requires ability to clearly communicate verbally and electronically with others in English.
This position requires individuals to have a valid driver's license and be able to drive up to 4-hours one-way. When offsite, this role requires extensive walking indoors and some outdoors.
