Asset Strategy: Drive long-term asset planning including CapEx, renovations, repositioning, and value enhancement initiatives.
Financial Oversight: Monitor portfolio performance through key KPIs (RevPAR, GOP, NOI), review budgets and forecasts, and ensure delivery of financial objectives.
Owner Relations: Act as the primary liaison with hotel owners and investment partners. Lead performance reviews, handle escalations, and build long-term trust.
Business Development: Identify and evaluate new hospitality development opportunities and growth markets across India.
Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams for project execution, financial review, legal coordination, and partner engagement.
Compliance: Ensure all agreements and developments meet legal, brand, and regulatory standards.
Essential:
MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in business, finance, or hospitality.
Preferred:
Professional certifications or executive education in hospitality strategy or asset management.
Work Experience
Total: 20+ years in hospitality, real estate, or asset management.
Relevant: Minimum 10 years in senior executive role with exposure to hospitality agreements and P&L accountability.
Desirable: Head of Asset Management, Commercial, or Development with global hotel brand or hospitality investment platform.
