Key Accountabilities
We are seeking a client centric, inspirational, and operationally focused President of Geographies for C&W Services. The Geographies portfolio will be comprised of enterprise and SMB accounts across the US and Canada. The President will also oversee the portfolio of Global Occupier Services (GOS) accounts, subcontracted through the Cushman & Wakefield Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader to support the C&W Services business at a critical juncture in its transformation journey with a focus on accelerating growth rooted in our employee experience. This role leads our client-facing facility services business teams, delivering maintenance, janitorial, office and landscaping services. Specifically, this leadership role will be responsible for achieving annual financial targets, generating revenue through introduction and expansion of new services and driving growth through organic and inorganic means. This leader is responsible for directing and delivering quality services, reliably to clients, ensuring the services meet and exceed our contractual obligations. With exceptionally high EQ, the President will be a strong leader with the ability to develop, motivate and inspire others to achieve results. The President will serve as both an internal and external representative of C&W Services, will provide guidance and direction to the CWS organization. This leader will be a member of the C&W Services Executive Committee and will report directly to the Chief Executive C&W Services.


Principal Responsibilities
The President of C&W Services will be accountable for the following areas:
Strategy

Ensure the business deploys the client service and delivery model that showcases C&W Services capabilities to drive differentiation, competitiveness and profitable growth while ensuring stability and resilience through economic cycles.

Partner across the C&W Services leadership team to ensure services, offerings and commercial terms will resonate with the clients and deliver value for the enterprise.

Work with Business Development on new business strategy, surface new opportunities, and participate in new client acquisition.

Leverage the Commercial Operations infrastructure to ensure a consistent, differentiated and compelling buyer and client journey.

Stay ahead of new industry developments, the external competitive landscape, client trends and market dynamics. Anticipate opportunities and threats and plan and execute proactive plans to address.

Use data and fact-based analysis to anticipate business needs and provide insights to competitive decision making.

Strengthen Client Relationships

Build relationships amongst clients and maintain high visibility among key stakeholders of both client and target accounts.

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs and gauge satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

Unlock enterprise value by supporting and driving broader CWS capabilities within and across the clients.

Ensure the voice of our client is represented in all decisions, programs and plans.

Deliver Operational Results

Meet or exceed annual revenue and EBITDA goals as part of long-term strategic plan.

Drive operational efficiencies to offset year-over-year inflation.

Ensure the Geo/Account Leaders and their teams have clear and measurable financial and individual performance objectives. Provide coaching, guidance and support for them to achieve their goals and hold them accountable. Consistently monitor risk and opportunities to the operational plan and support leaders in adjusting operations to maximize opportunities and blunt risks.

Drive the continuous focus on safety to sustain a culture of safety and wellbeing

Change Management

Drive and support the implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance with a key emphasis on the way work is done, rooted in user design/experience principles.

Deploy with a focus on the human side of change, in addition to changes to business processes, systems and technology and organization structures. This leader will help drive faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.

Develop and Deploy Talent/Foster Effective Culture

Support the C&W Services cultural values through leadership modeling, communication and holding leaders and colleagues accountable. Establish account team succession plans to ensure continuity of all geographical and service line leadership; ensure top talent is deployed to most critical business priorities and growth opportunities.

Take an active role in the development of high potential talent to build a strong and diverse pipeline.

Key Stakeholders
This position works closely with the following stakeholders:

CWS Executive Committee- with particularly important collaboration with the President of Vertical Markets, (CEO, CFO, President of Vertical Markets, Chief Growth Officer, SVP Deployment and Enablement, SVP People, Head of Technology)

Client Account Leadership Geography and Vertical Market Account Key Account leaders across CWS

Service Line and Functional Leaders at Cushman and Wakefield

Measures of Success

Successful delivery of annual financial goals in support of short- and long-term global strategies; Revenue, EBITDA, free cash flow, operational efficiencies, margin

Prudent management of operating expenses and achievement of year over year efficiencies to offset annual inflation costs

Client KPIs: Contribution margin, expansion and cross-sell rates, retention rate, Client Insight scores (CIP), including but not limited to net promotor scores (NPS)

Employee Engagement scores (annual and quarterly pulse surveys)

Safety Incident rate reductions


Required Experience and Knowledge
Knowledge / Skills / Capabilities / Competencies:

Strong and prove contract and labor management prowess

Ideal Experience

B2B services experience within companies at scale.

Bachelor’s degree with major concentration in business administration or business-related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.

15+ years of experience.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Labor-based business with a large hourly workforce.

Experience working in a metrics-driven organization with matrix reporting is preferred.

Spanish-speaking ability a plus

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $297,500.00 - $350,000.00
