President, Alternative Lodging

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a President for our Alternative Lodging portfolio. The President of Alternative Lodging will be responsible for bringing the Waybound brand and Explorer Cabin development strategy to life. This includes refining and executing the strategy, ensuring accountability for guest experience, active engagement with internal and external partners, brand execution, and managing board and capital partner relationships. Success for this leader will be measured by the successful execution of the strategy to achieve the alternative lodging growth targets.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $219,300 - $301,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Responsible for the refinement and execution of the Waybound cabin strategy to achieve financial targetsWith input from the board and capital partners, this leader has full decision-making authority for the execution of the Waybound strategyBuild and lead the team required to execute the short-term and long-term strategy for Waybound Manage relationships with investment partners, the board, Delaware North, and external support providers.
