Presentation Specialist

This role combines expertise in copywriting, copyediting, and presentation design to produce high-quality content that supports Avenue5’s new business and marketing efforts. The specialist collaborates closely with graphic design, copy, marketing, sales, and client strategy teams.   Primary Responsibilities and Objectives: ·         Manage kickoff calls and capture detailed notes for project alignment ·         Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met ·         Provide clear recaps and status updates to stakeholders ·         Coordinate feedback and approvals with internal teams ·         Write, refine, and proof content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials ·         Ensure all copy materials adhere to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines ·         Review and edit content from multiple contributors for accuracy, clarity, and consistency ·         Adapt messaging for different audiences and purposes ·         Managing the entire RFP process ·         Design and format proposals, presentations, and documents in presentation software, ensuring a professional and on-brand appearance ·         Use approved templates and brand assets to produce cohesive materials ·         Incorporate text, imagery, and graphics in a way that enhances messaging and storytelling ·         Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, marketing, sales, and client strategy to align creative output with business goals ·         Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables ·         Support creative production needs for new business responses and marketing collateral ·         Maintain organized files and ensure access to the latest brand templates and assets ·         Update materials as needed to reflect current branding, messaging, and data ·         Perform other tasks as assigned   Education and Experience: ·         Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, journalism, or related field preferred ·         3-5 years of experience in copywriting, copyediting, or marketing communications ·         1-3 years of experience in presentation/document design ·         Experience in multi-family, real estate, and architecture is a plus   Skills and Requirements: ·         Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills ·         Strong knowledge of grammar, style guides, and brand voice application ·         Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel ·         Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ·         Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams ·         Keen eye for visual design, layout, and presentation flow ·         Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift ·         Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor ·         Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others ·         Positive demeanor, voracious appetite to learn new things, and excellent professional judgement ·         Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses if assigned   Scheduling: ·         Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working outside of business hours, weekends, and non-traditional holidays   Environment: ·         Exposure to an environment typically found in an office building   Physical Requirements: Avenue5 will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the job's essential functions.
