Position Overview

The IMC Creative Studio at IQVIA is seeking a talented PowerPoint Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact, visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex information to both internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented visual storyteller who can transform data-heavy content into clear, engaging presentations that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and external clients that effectively communicate complex informationTranslate complex data, statistics, and scientific concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand slidesWork collaboratively with content strategists, account managers, and subject matter experts to understand presentation objectives and target audiencesEnsure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining visual appeal and readabilityCreate custom graphics, icons, charts, and data visualizations that enhance understandingDevelop reusable templates, master slides, and design elements to maintain consistencyManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising qualityStay current with presentation design trends, PowerPoint capabilities, and alternative presentation platformsProvide creative input during brainstorming sessions for pitch decks and key client presentationsTrain internal teams on presentation best practices and proper template usage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field4+ years of experience in presentation design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating PowerPoint expertiseExpert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applicationsWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)Experience with data visualization and ability to translate complex information into clear visual formatsStrong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and information hierarchyExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverablesStrong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisionsCapability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industry preferredKnowledge of alternative presentation platforms (Prezi, Google Slides, Keynote) a plus
