As a Preschool Enrichment Instructor, you will play a vital role in introducing young children to the fundamentals of soccer through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Our program is designed to support preschool-aged children (ages 2-5) in developing their physical skills, social interactions, and love for being active in a non-competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead enriching soccer lessons that focus on motor skills development, teamwork, and self-confidence. Create a welcoming and safe environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for physical activity. Utilize positive reinforcement to promote self-esteem and enthusiasm among young learners. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and class activities. Maintain all equipment and ensure it is organized and safe for use. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills and program knowledge.
