We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our Long Island preschool (CPSE) program, where we aim to provide a nurturing environment that fosters the development of young children. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders in children aged 3 to 5 years.
Compensation
$45 - $55 per hour for Clinical Fellows / $56 - $64 per hour for Licensed Speech Therapists Paid sick leaveClinical Fellows Only:

Utilize a web-based platform for onboarding and documented delivery of in-person services. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with each child's unique needs. Providing direct therapy sessions to children in individual or small group settings, using play-based and interactive techniques to enhance learning. Complete ongoing communication assessments and review of existing data to review child’s progress. Participate in IEP/IFSP team meetings. Educating parents and caregivers on strategies to support language development at home. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and safeguards related specifically to speech therapy.Requirements
