As we expand our ServiceNow capabilities, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sales Engineer specializing in ServiceNow’s Core products, and related products within our dynamic and rapidly growing Automation Business Unit to support our pre-sales efforts. This is a remote position, and candidates can live anywhere in the US. There may be occasional travel annually. We seek a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect to drive strategic growth and expand our market footprint as a Pre-Sales Engineer. 

Job Overview:

A successful Sales Engineer at Perficient is a seasoned ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect who plays a pivotal role in the sales process. This individual partners closely with both ServiceNow and non-ServiceNow sales teams to identify and drive new business opportunities. While hands-on experience with the platform is essential, the role emphasizes strategic discovery, solution design, proposal development, and resource estimation over traditional product demonstrations. Your deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform—including Core Products, Industry Solutions, and broader enterprise technologies—will be instrumental in crafting compelling proposals and guiding clients toward scalable, value-driven solutions.
