The Presales manager is accountable for providing comprehensive support on technical support, methods and systems that will enable the sales teams to achieve overall Data center service sales goals and objectives.

What you'll be doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and work closely with Delivery, Sales and Product to support each other as one teamResponsible for proposal support to SalesAnalyze and assess customer requirements for datacenter services from business and technical perspectiveCreate proposal document for customerMake a presentation for our datacenter and conduct site tour for customerPrepare response for RFI/RFP by request from customerDesign the layout at server room according to request from customer in cooperation with OperationsManage and update standard price list by analyzing the cost of our servicesCalculate the cost based on proposed layout and specificationsManage template documents for quotation and proposalManage all of the proposals for possibility, layout, request for service date, etc.Coordinate with internal (HR, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Operations) and external(customer, vendor, group companies) to finalize the specifications of customer projectAttend manager meeting to discuss corporate/business plan, process improvement, project update, etc.Innovate internal processProcess standardization (process establishment/improvement)Documentation (process visualization/create form)KPI measurement/various reportsAutomation

Qualifications and skill experience:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Information Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Data Center Provider or any other related industryAbility to understand Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing blue print for explanation to customerDesirable to possess the qualifications such as CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, ITIL, CCNA/CCNPPossess leadership, spirit of challenge, honesty and sense of responsibilityPossess good understanding of the relevant authority regulations and good communication, report writing and IT skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in EnglishCapable to enjoy working with others, influence others, manage priority of work, do multiple tasks and work under pressureGood courteous manner with the public
