The role Your role: As a Presales Consultant for Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365) services, you will act as a strategic link between our sales and delivery teams. You will guide customers in identifying the right M365 service solutions and play a key role throughout the sales cycle. Customer needs and solution development Analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored M365 service solutions. Collaborate with clients to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical requirements Advise on Microsoft MS Security, Governance & Compliance, Unified Communications, Collaboration, Adoption & Enablement, AI / Co-pilot, Azure, Migration & Implementation Sales support Support the sales team during the presales phase and contribute to proposal development Proactively drive services opportunities in close alignment with the Account Manager Participate in client meetings to provide functional expertise and present solutions in a compelling manner Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services Enjoy engaging in business development activities and identifying new opportunities for growth Optimization and further development Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer environments.
