Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Solution Design
Engage with CSP and Telco customers to understand their infrastructure needs—especially in cloud-native architectures, virtualization, edge computing, and AI workloads.
Architect end-to-end Lenovo solutions incorporating servers, storage, networking, and AI accelerators (e.g., GPUs, ASICs).
Leverage Lenovo’s ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile, and AI-ready infrastructure portfolio to design scalable, efficient, and competitive solutions.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle, supporting account executives with RFP responses, customer presentations, demos, POCs, and solution validation.
Build strong customer relationships with technical decision-makers (CTOs, IT Heads, Architects) in CSP, Telco, and AI verticals.
AI & Telco Domain Expertise
Advise customers on AI infrastructure stacks, including support for AI/ML model training/inference, high-performance storage, and data fabric.
Understand and position solutions for 5G, Open RAN, MEC (Multi-access Edge Computing), and container-native platforms such as Kubernetes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Alliance Partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Red Hat), and Lenovo’s WW Center of Excellence to drive CSP & AI solution adoption.
Provide feedback from the field to inform Lenovo’s roadmap and competitiveness in the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
10+ years in technical presales or solution architect roles with enterprise or Telco/Service Provider accounts.
Solid experience with x86 server platforms, AI/ML workload requirements, virtualization, and cloud-native architectures.
Knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and Telco-specific technologies (OpenStack, 5G).
Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Thai.
Preferred Certifications:
NVIDIA AI Certifications, Red Hat/OpenShift Certified Architect, VMware, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
Familiarity with ONAP, ETSI MANO, or TM Forum standards is a plus.
