You will provide specialist ITPM expertise and support, translating customer requirements into tailored solutions to meet their needs, cross-selling and upselling, defining margins in alignment with both sales and delivery teams, drafting service contracts, and curating a repository of solution collaterals. Solution Design and Proposal Development  Design customized solutions that align with client requirements, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of our service offerings and present these and any necessary demos.  Define margins for proposed solutions ensuring profitability while meeting clients’ expectations.  Draft clear and comprehensive Scope of Work inputs. Creation and Maintenance of Solution Collaterals  Establish and maintain a repository of solution collaterals, including case studies, white papers and presentations. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop materials to support the sales process.  Market Research and Insights  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies. Act as subject matter authority to clients. Sales Support and Teamwork  Provide mentorship and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products or services to existing clients.  Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and recommendations for business expansion into new markets or service areas.  Work closely with delivery team leaders in estimating workload and project scope. What we need to see from you ITPM Specific Knowledge/Experience Extensive presales experience consultative selling ITPM PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. Highly motivated and results oriented – evidence of consistently exceeding acquisition specific performance metrics Ability to independently conduct meetings with engineering-level, management-level or executive level customer personnel in regard to positioning complex solutions & services Ability to build broad networks within enterprise accounts across IT operations, project teams, architects, security, software managers, procurement and commercial teams Ability to grow relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives A track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives, quotas & targets Broader Professional Skills & Experience Business Problem Solving Demonstrated ability to understand and solve complex business problems using technology solutions.  Proven track record of identifying and implementing (incl. developing POC and delivering) innovative solutions to address client challenges effectively.  Consultative Selling Ability to provide consultative selling skills to contribute to the sales cycle. Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams, providing technical expertise and support to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.  Industry/Market Awareness  Comprehensive understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings. Ability to stay updated on emerging technologies and market developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our solution offerings and competitive positioning. Project management Methodologies and Frameworks Experience Able to integrate in the proposals the appropriate project management methodologies to reflect the reality of the service delivery and include the appropriate pricing.  Job Function Sales
