Nestle is hiring for production line prepweighers. 1st and 2nd shifts are available. These are 10 hr rotating schedules.
Job Duties:
Sorts sub-standard product out and ensures that the appearance and overall quality of product meets Nestlé quality standards.
Watches for foreign matter in product and notifies Team Leader and/or Q.A. when foreign material is found.
Does not use excess materials/product.
Hand-weighs, hand-scoops, hand-counts, and/or hand-places products at or above line speed consistently and accurately.
Cleans workstation, bowls, and area at end of shift, prior to break/lunch, and during downtime.
Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

2. Must be able to read basic/standard English words and sentences to understand signs, policies, procedures, safety rules.
3. Must be able to speak and understand basic/standard words and sentences in English to obtain and relay information on policies and procedures.
4. Must be able to speak and understand basic/standard words and sentences to establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others a collaboration as a team.
Requirements:
Able to stand on the production floor for 9.5 hours shift.
Able to do repetitive motion on a food production line.
90 days of food manufacturing experience preferred.
High School Diploma/GED preferred
