Job Description Develop the over-all product strategy. Initiates & evaluates proposed ideas, determining ideas with strong opportunities classifying them as New Offer or New Capability/Product. Prepares, Reviews and assesses the Weekly Governance Meeting (WGM) template for any needed revisions as well to classify ideas to either park, store or kill. Prepares the Market Research Brief for proposed offers/concepts and for insighting purposes. Reviews and assesses the Research Report along with the assessment of the offer price to classify the idea to either park, store, or kill. Recommends proposed pricing by re-aligning with consumer insight, reviewing floor price/cost and margin requirement based on impact of offers on the product portfolio in terms of product profitability, ensuring that the standard cost of margins are reasonable. Creates a product roadmap to be submitted to the Head for review and approval. – including new innovation/products, bundles and promotion Manages the delivery of the product roadmap achieving targets financially (Revenue, ARPU, Product Margins and business case targets)./offers. Evaluates product performance by comparing against previous roadmaps, industry trends, and consumer insights based on data provided by Brand Marketing or Research. Prepares and secures approval for Business Cases. Prioritizes product concepts in the portfolio and evaluates the business cases for new capabilities/products. Performs monthly product performance analysis – both on individual and portfolio offer, and formulates action plans (including projects, pricing, new services, to support objectives) and catch up plans to address gaps.Mandates:
Leads the success of Broadband portfolio by leading the product strategy to increase GSR and optimize all revenue drivers
Understands brand performance among Acqui & Existing to drive strategy for portfolio, ecosystem, cross-sell, and channels
Defines the positioning and integrates end-to-end go-to-market strategy of total portfolio
Provides strategic perspective to Acqui/Existing teams aligned with customer demands/market trends to develop new business opportunities and innovations
Guardian of P&L and portfolio/offers
KPIs: GSR, ARPU, Reload Rate, Revenue Market Share
Interfaces with: MSH (Portman, CDA), Prodman, FBA, Mobille/SG/EG
