Prep Cook (full-time with benefits)

The Prep Cook supports the chef and cooks in prepping ingredients for meals and salad bar. This could include light cooking including frying, grilling, and other duties as necessary.
This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $18.81-23.04 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep. Undertake basic cooking duties, such as light frying and grilling. Prepare simple dishes, such as salads and entrees. Ensure that items are properly cut, labeled, dated & stored to maintain freshness and comply with regulations. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces and taking out trash. Perform other duties as assigned to assist the department in obtaining and maintaining its mission. Adhering to all relevant sanitary regulations and standards.
