What will you do?Retrieve storage items necessary, and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and proceduresCommunicate with the Chef for any special instructions or trainingMaintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly mannerPerforms opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelinesFollow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
