Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at Bridgestone Arena on event days providing memorable experience for our guests.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Hire and train food and beverage team members in the suites departmentDevelop team members and provide ongoing job performance feedbackSchedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operation on event daysPartner with front and back of house management to ensure event day operations are effective and a success for guests and team membersHandle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standardsEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelinesPrepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
