The Premium Seating Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving premium seating sales at Pechanga Arena San Diego and ASM Global events. This may include, but is not limited to, Club Memberships, Event Premium Boxes, and exclusive one-time event packages. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with a passion for live entertainment and building lasting client relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote premium seating products and meet or exceed sales goalsProactively pursue and follow up on leads, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospectsAccurately track and report sales activity, appointments, and account updates on a regular basisCollaborate with the broader sales team to support collective sales and service objectivesRepresent the organization at events, promotions, and client hospitality functions to build and strengthen relationshipsPartner with Premium Ticket Operations and Premium Seating Services to ensure accurate inventory management and deliver a first-class client experienceQualifications

Education & Experience
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, client account management, or sports managementExperience with premium seat sales is highly preferredFamiliarity with the San Diego market and established local business contacts is a plusSkills & Abilities
Strong presentation, communication, and customer service skillsConfident, proactive, and results-driven with excellent people skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic and professionalismProficient in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating complex systemsComfortable working extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysically able to remain stationary for long periods and move throughout the venue as neededStrong analytical skills, including the ability to calculate sales metrics and discountsAbility to move about the venue efficiently during eventsDetail-oriented and dedicated to working within standardized systems and processesCOMPENSATION
$50-$60K plus commission, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
