BIG 12 CONFERENCE
The Big 12 Conference announced the launch of the Basketball All-Access Pass, a new membership program for fans at the Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship. This membership – which includes a Premium and Priority option – will provide fans the opportunity to purchase the same seat location for the Basketball Championship each year through 2031. The All-Access Pass will only apply to 12% of venue seating, with the remainder being unchanged.
The program will debut for the 2025 Basketball Championship, the Conference’s first-ever 16-team tournament that will see Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah make their Championship debut. The All-Access Pass program is being executed in partnership with global premium experiences company Legends.

As the Big 12 continues to grow, we are committed to elevating fan experience and access,” said Commissioner Yormark. “The Basketball All-Access Pass program provides our fans with a unique opportunity to purchase preferred seats for years to come, as well as exclusive benefits and second-to-none access throughout our Basketball Championships.”
In 2023, Legends began conducting a fan survey of 12,000 Big 12 basketball fans, collecting feedback on a variety of elements surrounding the Big 12 Basketball Championship, including ticketing, seating, and fan experience. A key takeaway was fans’ desire for more premium seating opportunities, serving as a driving factor in the creation of the All-Access Pass. Legends has partnered with the Big 12 Conference to drive all sales strategy and execution for the Big 12 All-Access Pass.
Membership will be offered in two tiers – Premium Membership and Priority Membership. Premium Membership will provide access to a floor seat or premium lower-level seats each year for all sessions, as well as access to premium clubs. The Priority Membership will provide fans access to premium lower-level seats for only the sessions their team is participating in, as well as loaded tickets for concessions.

The Premium Sales Rep is primarily responsible for driving revenue and hitting sales goals and will lead new business generation in the premium seating areas, Courtside, Floor Seats, Premium Tables, Prime and Lower-Level Sideline seats associated the Big 12 Basketball All-Access Pass.
The Premium Sales Rep is responsible for engaging and converting existing Big 12 Athletic donors and ticket holders, while also identifying new prospects interested in purchasing premium seating. This position will be focused on prospecting, appointment setting, executing face-to-face and virtual sales presentations and securing premium seating commitments.
The Premium Sales Rep should be results driven, possess an optimistic team-first attitude and a desire to be the best. We are seeking an experienced team member with a positive, results-oriented approach to sales and VIP experiences, who can communicate clearly across all platforms and work diligently to identify and convert new All-Access Pass members. The Premium Sales Rep will work under the guidance of the Vice President, Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute both face-to-face and virtual appointment, to share overview of the brand-new Basketball All-Access Pass, new premium seating opportunities and secure seating commitments. Perform accurate and skilled deal closings. Provide excellent communication, service, and steward of relationship between Legends and Big 12 Conference schools. Serve as primary liaison between Legends and assigned Big 12 schools as a trusted and reliable partner. Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation methods, as well as follow up on leads provided by partner organization. Conduct sales conversations via phone presentations, in-office meetings, events, and virtual meetings. Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects. Provide high end service for All-Access Pass Members, including but not limited to: renewals, collection of payments, receiving executed seating contracts, cross selling as needed. Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical purposes. Meet or exceed all individual and team new business sales goals associated with the new premium seating products. Serve as the expert both internally amongst the Big 12 Conference and externally with all sales prospects on all elements of the various All-Access Pass Memberships and premium seating amenities. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days. The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of activity (calls made/appointments set) and goals.

Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines independently. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Effectively communicate with donors and C-level clients Resourceful, innovative and forward thinking Ability to handle heavy volume of outbound and inbound phone calls and emails. Strong time management and organizational skills with an attention to detail Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of prior sales experience is preferred. Prior experience selling five and six figure deals in the professional or collegiate sports and entertainment industry is preferred.
