How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible of creating and defining high-value strategic opportunities for Premium Cards portfolio; high focus on Premium's growth; new projects lead, ensuring successful implementation across AMEX

Responsibilities:

    Product Performance: understanding and fulfillment (economics, value proposition, key drivers, etc.) across multifunctional local & international LOBs.     Contribute to define & implement portfolio’s growth & cost efficiency strategies through portfolio insights with high focus on value proposition assuring tangible & competitive value.       Develop & present 360 business cases to support strategic decision making.    Development of communication strategy that supports usability and engagement with  Premium Products     Develop, optimize, and monitor E2E processes – Build efficient, standardized processes and lead continuous improvement through KPIs tracking and deliver a seamless customer experience.     Drive product innovation – Identify opportunities to evolve the product through innovation and implement digital tools that enhance value for customers and internal efficiency.     Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance – implement, monitor and align controls to maintain operational integrity, mitigate risks, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

 

Minimum Qualifications

      3 years minimum experience in Product Management, Product Innovation, Marketing,  Revenue Growth Management       External vision, capable to be on top of new trends, competence, and opportunities.       Superior assertive communication & interpersonal skills (visual and oral) with management & cross-functional teams in Spanish and English.       Analytical skills - data driven & result oriented, understand customer's drivers and resources available to come up with new ideas.       Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail      "Customer First" mindset - having in mind excellence in service and delivery       Highly resilient, proactive and motivated individual with desire to work on ambitious projects and ability to break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.
