What will you do?Assist in maintaining planned bar and restaurant cost of sales Train, and manage an effective group of team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities with alignment to Delaware North programs and service standards Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality mealsSupervise inventory and estimates of food and beverage costsSchedule all front of house suite associates for eventsInspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
More about youMinimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience requiredStrong knowledge of food and wineBasic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
