Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Premium Club Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Premium Club Manager, you will oversee the operations of the premium club on event days, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,500 - $88,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Hire, train, and develop food and beverage team members in the premium clubProvide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team membersSchedule, coordinate, and supervise club food and beverage operations on event daysCollaborate with front and back-of-house management to ensure smooth and successful event executionManage guest relations and uphold quality assurance standardsEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations (alcohol service, OSHA, payroll, employment laws)Prepare monthly projections and maintain effective systems for cash handling, inventory, and payrollAdditional duties may be assigned by management

More about youMinimum of three years' hospitality management experience, preferably in a high-volume or premium service settingStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with inventory control, purchasing, and cost managementFinancial accountability and budgeting experience requiredAbility to analyze data and make independent decisionsMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysNo degree required
