Principal Responsibilities

Conduct Portfolio Reviews with RMs, assess product suitability and market and regulatory change impact to products held by clients as appropriate, identify opportunities and manage risksImprove RMs’ product specific technical knowledge by effective on-job coaching and trainingJoin RMs in meeting clients and providing technical advice and input based on technical knowledgeCollect and apply market and channel intelligence to identify and share product competitive gaps, service issues, business opportunities, and challenges with stakeholdersProvide technical guidance and support to RMs, sharing knowledge and encouraging others to do the sameLiaise between stakeholders and leadership teams on training and leads programs/initiativesProvide support to RMs on increasing and capturing cross sell opportunitiesDeliver fair outcomes to HSBC Singapore clients and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operations of financial markets
