Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Be responsible for but not limited to self-sourcing of new customers, managing and growing relationships for acquisition and referrals of new customers for our Premier Offshore banking platformManage, develop and grow internal and external partnerships in Singapore and approved markets to maximize client growth opportunitiesActive participation in client growth strategies, events and campaigns. Monitor and tracking results of campaigns/activities for replicating successes and learningsProvide support and guidance to prospects on account opening journey and address any enquiries in relation to account openingAttend to prospects that may come to bank from various channels which include but does not limit to walk in, public websites, contact centre and intra-group channelsEnsure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering, HSBC governance and control frameworkSupport customers with needs-based banking solutions to meet customers' short- and long-term financial banking needs by sharing on HSBC Premier International Proposition and Marketing promotionsDirect prospects to Digital Onboarding Journey for account opening wherever applicable and ensure smooth client onboarding by encouraging clients to be wealth and digital ready (e.g Internet/Mobile Banking Registration/ SG Chat)Some careers have more impact than others.

Bachelor’s Degree holder with relevant experience or equivalent experience in a retail banking environmentDriven with proven track record in sales related industry. Experience in financial related industry will be an added advantageExperience in engaging high net worth and/or international clients with strong sales orientation, networking and prospecting skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficePossess strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient in Chinese dialects (e.g. Cantonese) given that you will be effectively engaging and communicating with Chinese dialect speaking key clients based in North Asia (China, Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan)To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
