Job DescriptionAs a PreMaster in our team, you will actively support our marketing and sales team. In this exciting position, you will actively participate in price analyses and help with the creation, calculation and management of tenders for our European customers and international wholesale groups.You will regularly carry out competitive analysis and conduct targeted market research to gain valuable insights into the industry. Another important aspect of your job will be to identify, evaluate and follow up on sales potential, allowing you to contribute directly to increasing sales.Furthermore, you will be committed to supporting the migration of a platform for diagnostic software and play an active role in this forward-looking project.Your tasks will also include working closely with local product specialists in various European countries and supporting our European product managers.In addition, you will plan and prepare internal meetings and support the preparation of reports for the management. Your role will also involve working with our European aftermarket business customers to ensure smooth communication.Last but not least, you will also take on ad-hoc tasks in the daily business, which will give you the opportunity to gain varied experience and apply your knowledge in practice.QualificationsEducation: you will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable with above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafterExperience and Knowledge: first experience in product management, sales, marketing or related areas; knowledge in project management, conducting market research or preparing business reports; understanding of the automotive industry is an advantage; knowledge of software tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM systems and data analysis toolsPersonality and Working Practice: you enjoy working constructively in a team and actively contribute; you find it easy to adapt quickly to new circumstances and react flexibly to changing requirements; you like to take the initiative and approach tasks proactively in order to achieve the best possible resultsLanguages: very good English and good German, other language skills are advantageousAdditional InformationThe Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
