As a PreMaster, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from experienced project managers and drive your own projects forward at the same time. If you are ready to contribute your knowledge and gain valuable practical experience, then this is the right place for you.

You will take responsibility for smaller projects and individual topics in order to act independently and gain valuable experience.Furthermore, you will learn how to strategically plan, introduce and successfully implement new technologies and portfolio management in the field.By working on interdisciplinary focus topics in the digi-team, you will gain contact with various specialist departments and hierarchical levels, allowing you to build up a wide range of knowledge and a huge network.You will first be comprehensively familiarized with the relevant topics before taking on specific tasks independently.

QualificationsEducation: you will have completed a university degree (Bachelor's) in the area of Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar with above-average results and will have the firm intention to take up a Master's course thereafterExperience and Knowledge: high affinity for AI and LLM topicsPersonality and Working Practice: you approach new things proactively and openly; you enjoy working in a team as well as independently on tasksWork Routine: you can work hybrid with us - we meet two to three times a week in the office in Plochingen or KarlsruheEnthusiasm: great enthusiasm for digitization topicsLanguages: very good in German and English

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
