Location/Division Specific InformationThis role is remote, but can be office based, supporting our Preclarus™ products across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Preclarus dashboards provide data visualizations together with interactive reporting tools to turn data into actionable intelligence.
As the Preclarus Sr Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in supporting the users of Preclarus Products. The products are making use of BI tools, like Spotfire, Metric Insights or PowerBI. You will act as a liason to the development team, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Put yourself in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet service level agreement timelines.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent experience required.ExperienceMinimum 2 years in a customer service role.Experience with BI solutions, e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI.Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesHas substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. Uses judgment to resolve issues or to deliver outcomes.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Requires a solid understanding of technical, operative or administrative methods.
This role is remote enabled office-based. Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
