This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced OD & Centerless Grinding Machines in a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to producing critical, high-performance parts. Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shift Available **Key Responsibilities** + Program and set up Precision OD & Centerless Grinding Machines. + Interpret complex part drawings and transform them into high-quality functional parts. + Set up and operate grinding equipment, including tool changes, minor adjustments, and cycle time optimization. + Use contact and non-contact metrology methods to ensure part accuracy (surface finish, straightness, concentricity, etc.). + Develop tooling and gauging solutions for complex geometries. + Troubleshoot parts and machines to maintain efficiency and meet quoted cycle times. + Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve production challenges. + Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and operating procedures. + Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** + High school diploma required. + Prior experience in an industrial or team-based manufacturing environment preferred, but not required. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols consistently. + Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. + Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment. **Why Apply?** + Be part of a company recognized for technical excellence and commitment to quality. + Gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art grinding equipment and metrology tools. + Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on challenging and rewarding projects. + Build your career in precision manufacturing with opportunities for growth and skill development.
