**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Achieve the target for Bookings and Sales. + Proven record of solutions selling (+20 years) for larger scale of Industrial PLANT (such as Semicon/refinery/chemical/power/steel…), Not just trading upon customer’s request, that should prove his/her competency for understanding customer pain, analyzing root cause, generating idea of resolution, ability of technical proposal. + Develop the business and promote the products to the Industrial Automation Market + Provide commercial and technical matters including field service activities for all accounts under responsibility. + Collaborate with Emerson’s other Business Units. **Who You Are:** You promote a sense of urgency and establishes and enforces individual accountability in the team. You model collaboration across the organization. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
