Precision Fluid Control Business Manager
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Achieve the target for Bookings and Sales. + Proven record of solutions selling (+20 years) for larger scale of Industrial PLANT (such as Semicon/refinery/chemical/power/steel…), Not just trading upon customer’s request, that should prove his/her competency for understanding customer pain, analyzing root cause, generating idea of resolution, ability of technical proposal. + Develop the business and promote the products to the Industrial Automation Market + Provide commercial and technical matters including field service activities for all accounts under responsibility. + Collaborate with Emerson’s other Business Units. **Who You Are:** You promote a sense of urgency and establishes and enforces individual accountability in the team. You model collaboration across the organization. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach.
