Role Summary:The Assembler is responsible for the safe and accurate assembly of vertical turbine pumps using various hand and power tools. This role requires strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures. In addition to assembly duties, the position supports general shop operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.M-F 7:30am-4:30pmResponsibilities Include:Working within all safety protocolsThe accurate assembly of vertical turbine pumps using various hand and power tools required.Support general shop functions including shipping, receiving, and shop maintenance in a warehouse environment.
Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent1+ year prior manufacturing or applied mechanical experienceMechanical aptitude Ability to work with little supervision.Ability to carry out precise instructions with an acute attention to detailWork in a team environmentMust be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to certify to operate a forklift

Preferred Experience / Skills:Previous assembly of Vertical turbine pumps is a plus.Forklift certification preferred Precision tool experienceBlueprints
