Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions are looking for a Security Pre-Sales Specialist
In this position, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to specific Arrow vendors, working closely with other presales specialists, as well as internal BDM’s, with a shared vision of supporting partner and customer activities within the security space
You will report to the Head of Solution Architecture and be a part of a fun, diverse team
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
In this role you will work with cutting edge technology supporting Arrow’s strategic vendorsYou will work to achieve and maintain the required technical requirements as set out by individual vendorsMaintain continuous awareness and understanding of current security landscape, with a focus on vendors you work withUnderstand Arrow’s line card of vendors, outside of your own vendor assignments, assisting with cross selling opportunitiesProvide consistently accurate and relevant technical information and be a trusted advisor to both partners and other teams within ArrowMaintain and grow key customer and partner relationshipsSupport Arrow’s strategic goals, on a divisional scaleFocus on technical needs of emerging technology and new partnersUnderstand all of Arrow’s services and solutions and match solutions to customer business needsRecognize and highlight opportunities for growth and enablementWhat are we looking for?
You will have experience in a similar position within solutions engineering/pre-sales engineering within a relevant sector.Experience in Cyber Security, relevant certs preferred – CompTIA Security/Network, third level qualification or equivalentPreferable experience with one or more listed security vendor that focus on meeting customers needs around Endpoint(MDR/XDR)/Firewall/SASE/Identity/WAF/DLP/SIEM etc- Such vendors may include Broadcom Symantec, Checkpoint, RSA Secure ID, Tenable, F5, Splunk, Sophos, Trellix, Forcepoint, Trend MicroCapable of building and developing strategic business relationships and communicating with C-level ExecsStrong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.Effective communication & presentation skills with people at all levels.Fluency in EnglishWhat’s in it for you?
