As a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist, you will partner with the sales team as the key advisor, bringing Explorance’s offerings to life through engaging demonstrations and tailored solutions.

 

What you will do as our new Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist

Represent Explorance as a trusted advisor in our software suites Deliver remote and on-site product demonstrations to potential customers Recommend products and services based on customer needs and technical insights Write and review RFP responses and other technical documents Build and manage relationships with potential customers at a technical level Support salespeople with strategy and solution design Design, manage, and maintain demo & sandbox environments Attend and present at tradeshows and conferences

Here's what you'll bring to the role

Presentation & Communication Skills – A customer-facing role requiring the ability to engage and inspire Technical Aptitude – Comfort with software solutions and the ability to quickly grasp technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel often and support multiple time zones Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment Service-oriented personality Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications Educational background: Communications, Business, IT, or a related field with some technical exposure
