Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Discovery: Actively engage in sales calls and discovery sessions, articulating complex technical solutions for industrial automation that align directly with customer needs. Present and validate these solutions confidently in various settings. • Solution Design & Analysis: Work closely with customers to dissect manufacturing processes, investigate operational hurdles, and understand business objectives. Propose and validate comprehensive Siemens automation solutions, including but not limited to PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, robotics, and digitalization platforms to deliver clear, measurable value. • Technical Expertise & Configuration: Leverage your theoretical and practical skills to effectively configure, program, and integrate Siemens automation components such as SIMATIC PCS 7, TIA Portal, SIMATIC S7, WinCC, SINAMICS Drives, and SIMOTION, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. • Demonstration & Troubleshooting: Develop and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations. Lead hands-on technical showcases to build customer confidence in our solutions' capabilities. Address and resolve complex technical issues with clarity during the sales process by employing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise. • Content Development & Relationship Building: Create bespoke technical presentations, white papers, application notes, and competitive analyses to bolster sales initiatives and deepen customer understanding of Siemens’ unique value proposition. Establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor by building enduring relationships with customer engineering, operations, and IT teams, consistently delivering expert guidance and practical problem-solving. • Continuous Improvement & Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by engaging with the latest advancements in industrial automation and digitalization trends such as Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI. Proven problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills are fundamental, especially in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are critical, as is the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
