• Develop application methods and solutions using Agilent LCMS systems to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Provide pre-sales support and sample analysis for LCMS-related projects.
• Focus on complex sample analysis in relevant scientific or industrial applications.
• Understand customer challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with technical training and by addressing technical and application-related inquiries.
• Deliver presentations at seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Master’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in LCMS applications.
• Broad technical knowledge in analytical science or relevant industries.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams.
• Willingness to travel for business.
