We are seeking talented individual to join our Rehabilitation team at Recovre. This role will be based in Western NSW (Bathurst).
Recovre is a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance.
As a Pre-employment Assessor, you will assess candidates’ ability to complete physical tasks to determine their suitability for a prospective role.
As a valued team member, you will be responsible for:
Communicating with clients to schedule Pre-Employment Screenings efficiently and professionallyConducting basic health assessments, including measuring weight, height, blood pressure, and completing background health questionnairesPerforming physical assessments to evaluate an individual’s ability to perform the essential tasks of specific rolesAdministering Drug & Alcohol testing with accuracy and confidentialityConducting Audiology and Vision tests to support comprehensive health evaluationsPerforming spirometry testing to assess respiratory functionContributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated, valued, and motivatedWhat you need to have:
Qualifications as either an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Exercise Scientist. Osteopath or ChiropractorRegistration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP or AES)A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access one of the vehicle perks we offer)What makes you stand out:
