Praluent is a core product for Sanofi and Colombia is a prioritized country thanks to its continuous double-digit growth since launch. We're looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Dyslipidemia portfolio. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge global strategy and local execution, translating market needs and business goals into actionable items and working closely with Medical, Customer Engagement, Trade and Access, and external stakeholders to drive business growth. 

Main responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Planning:Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the global strategy and adapted to the local marketSetting brand positioning and value propositionBrand storytelling

Marketing Execution:Campaign development and implementationBudget & OPEX management and ROI analysisCross-functional collaboration with trade, customer engagement, medical, market access, among others.Co-create the digital marketing initiatives.

Product Management:Pricing strategy developmentPortfolio strategy with ZenibePerformance trackingIBP forecast process

About you

Experience: 3-5+ years of marketing, trade or promotion experience, in the pharmaceutical industry

Soft Skills: Cross-functional team leadership, Project management skills, Strategic thinking and business acumen and Strong communication and presentation skillsHard Skills: Understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, Knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system and stakeholdersEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fieldLanguages: Advanced English
