🩺 Practice Supervisor – Urgent Care (Multi-Site)

📝 Position Summary:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Practice Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations across three urgent care locations. This position ensures smooth patient flow, staff coordination, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of service and collaboration. 🤝

🔧 What You’ll Do:

👥 Supervise support staff and oversee all functions related to patient flow across assigned practices

🔄 Conduct daily rounding to ensure efficient operations and a positive patient experience

📅 Coordinate staffing to maintain optimal coverage and quality care

🕒 Monitor employee attendance and address concerns promptly

💡 Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions

🌟 Uphold customer service and productivity standards across all sites

🧑‍💼 Collaborate with the Service Line Director on hiring and performance management

🛠️ Ensure equipment maintenance and adequate inventory levels

🧑‍🏫 Onboard new hires and provide training on systems and procedures

✅ Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, risk management, and regulatory standards

📣 Maintain consistent communication with the Practice Manager regarding operational issues

🎓 Qualifications:

🎓 High school diploma and 8 years of healthcare experience, or Associate’s degree in a healthcare field and 5 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of healthcare experience.

🏥 Minimum 2 years in an outpatient office setting; 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred

📂 Strong organizational and communication skills

💻 Proficiency in EMR systems and computer applications

⚡ Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

🤝 Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
